Yamaha has launched the new 2019 version of MT-09 in India with Delhi ex-showroom price of Rs 10.55 lakh. The new 2019 MT-09 gets a new white and red colour scheme that will be offered alongside the blue/black and full black options. Apart from this new paintjob, the MT-09 is no different than the previous model. This naked model is Rs 16,000 more expensive than the previous model. 

This is the street racer type bike. And this bike gets twin LED headlamps and taillamp. The instrument console remains the same. Mechanically, this model remains the same 847cc liquid-cooled triple-cylinder engine. Its develops 115PS of power and 87.5Nm of torque. It helps the bike to reach 100kmph from standstill in a 3.7 seconds and push further to a top speed of 230kmph. Braking duties are carried by 298mm dia dual disc in front and 245mm dia disc in rear. And ABS also in optional. Its expected to give tough competition to Kawasaki Z800, MV Agusta Brutale 800, Ducati Monster 821 and Triumph Street Triple RS.
