Ducati has launched the Scrambler 1100 range in India with starting ex-showroom price of Rs 10.91 lakh.  It comes in three variants -  Standard, Special and Sport. The Standard Scrambler 1100 is priced Rs 10.91 lakh while the Scrambler 1100 Special and Scrambler 1100 Sport are priced Rs 11.12 lakh and 11.42 lakh respectively (all prices are ex-showroom India). 

The Scrambler 1100 takes most of its design inspiration from its younger siblings. owever, it also gets some new elements like twin-underseat exhaust, different number plate holder and more aluminium components.  The Scrambler 1100 Special also gets a grey paint scheme, spoke wheels, a different handlebar, brown seat, gold fork tubes and a brushed aluminium swingarm. And the Scrambler 1100 Sport also get Ohlins suspension, Termignoni exhausts, retro-themed seat and a black paint scheme with yellow highlights. 

Mechanically, this model gets 1079cc L-twin engine which delivers 786bhp and 88.4Nm of torque through a six-speed transmission. And it also get slipper clutch. Braking duties are carried by 320mm dual discs at the front and 245mm disc at the back. And it also have ABS as standard. This model gets some electronic aids like five-level traction control system, three riding modes- Active, Touring and City.
